Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Safety Engineer to perform system safety analyses, identify hazards and assess risks, and develop essential safety documentation.

You will support design teams, conduct FTA and Functional Analysis, and, for senior level, lead safety programs, mentor engineers, and interface with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, system design, or safety-related roles
• Basic understanding of systems engineering or risk assessment methods
• Ability to work independently while contributing in team environments
• Exposure to analysis tools or safety processes is advantageous
• Proven experience in system safety, system engineering, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and structured engineering processes
• Ability to lead safety programs, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
• Strong decision-making skills based on analytical evaluation
