Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead end-to-end planning, direction, and coordination of all assembly processes for a dedicated program. You will collaborate with the program team to ensure costs, quality, and delivery targets are met.

Responsibilities include designing production layouts, defining tool requirements, participating in PQP risk reviews, and implementing an assembly certification program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design production layouts to meet build plan forecasts.
• Define requirements for assembly tools and equipment.
• Participate in PQP to identify risks and preventive actions.
