Job summary

ITCAN Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking an EO Associate Engineer to support electro-optics systems on site, troubleshoot faults and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime for customers.

You will work offshore at times, handle system setup, testing, installation, and coordinate with customers for maintenance activities while maintaining documentation and readiness for 24x7 standby support.

Qualifications

• ITE certificate or Diploma in electrical/electronic/computer engineering.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Experience with Electro-optics systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support EO and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites.
• Update fault reporting documentation for monthly project meetings.
• Liaise with customers for maintenance activities.
• Perform in-house repair of Electro-Optics equipment.
• Provide rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery at various locations.
• Able to work offshore and at height.
• Support system setup, testing and installation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

- Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

- Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

- Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

- Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

- Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

- Able to work offshore and work at height

- Support system setup, testing and installation

- Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license will be preferred

- Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage
