Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a System Engineer specialized in UNIX/Linux to join our IT operations. You will administer Unix/Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), monitor performance, patch systems, and automate tasks with shell scripts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years hands‑on Unix/Linux experience, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, SSH, and monitoring tools. Knowledge of Ansible, cloud platforms, or Docker is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Unix/Linux system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of shell scripting, file systems (LVM, RAID), and networking basics.
• Experience with Ansible, cloud platforms, or Docker is a bonus.
