Skills and Qualification

• At least Diploma in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft system implementation, project management and O&S.

Scope of work

· Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft server systems, load balancers, and proxies.

· Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.

· Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.

· Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

· Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.

· Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
