Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to oversee system configuration, administration and maintenance. You will provide technical guidance to the team, design network architecture and lead security initiatives.

The role focuses on cybersecurity risk assessment, hardening, verification and conducting VAPT, with hands-on experience configuring network devices such as Cisco and Huawei. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT/cybersecurity field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity/network security experience.
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux hardening and SQL Server hardening.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, firewall configuration; CCNA/Security+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration, Administration and Maintenance Support
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting with problem-solving and decision‑making.
• Provide Network Architecture design and solution
• Participate in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, hardening, verification, and cybersecurity assessment test VAPT
• Setup and Configure for Network, Firewall and switches (Cisco, Huawei,etc..)

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Operation or relevant disciplines
• More than 7+ Years of experience of candidates
• Good understanding cybersecurity hardening methodologies, scripting and tools
• Be familiar with Windows / Linux OS, has hands‑on experience with Windows /Linux OS hardening and MS SQL Server hardening.
• Has Experience with TCP/IP network switch and routing. Be CCNA, Security+, related to network certified will be a plus.
• Must have interest in learning new technologies, and tools.
• Show strong attention to detail, be highly self‑motivated and have the ability to work independently.
• Team player with good communication skills
