Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure specialist in Singapore to deploy, manage, and support enterprise IT systems and Integrated Security Systems (ISS). You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include creating design and deployment plans, and ensuring proper installation, testing and user acceptance. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, SQL Server, and network security, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, networking, firewalls, and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability assessment, virtualization, and high-availability solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Manager and Project Manager to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare design, deployment, migration plans, user manuals, and workshop presentations.
• Design, implement, integrate and maintain enterprise IT infra and ISS (ACS, VMS).
• Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and UAT.
• Deploy, administer and support enterprise platforms including Windows Server, Linux, AD, SQL Server, and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot performance, conduct root-cause analysis across server, network, database, and security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Engineer to deliver project within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare technical documentation, including detailed design document, deployment plan, migration plan, user manual, and customer workshop presentation.
• Design, implement, integrate, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and Integrated Security System (ISS), including Access Control System (ACS) and Video Management System (VMS).
• Perform system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deploy, administer, and support enterprise platform and technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), Active Directory (AD), Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC), Microsoft SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance, Always on High Availability, Cisco and Alcatel‑Lucent Networking, Fortinet and PA firewalls, Endpoint security solutions.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis across server, network, database, and security platform, while providing technical support throughout project implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure and Integrated Security Systems.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, networking technology, firewall, and endpoint security solution.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, vulnerability assessments, virtualization technologies, and high-availability solutions will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
