Job summary

You will manage Windows Server ecosystems (2012-2022), administer Hyper-V clusters, and oversee AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, with on-call rotation and disaster recovery planning as part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting Windows-based infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Administer and support Hyper-V virtualization platforms, including clustering and live migration.
• Deploy, configure, and manage services and workloads in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related core services.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested.
• Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to all Wintel systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and cloud migrations.
• Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to incidents as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
