Job summary

re-zoo-me seeks an experienced System Architect to lead the design of a payment transformation program using Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP). You will guide solution design, support development and integration, and provide Level 3 production support for critical payment systems in a banking/financial services setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in solution design or system integration, including 3+ years with GPP, and solid knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in solution design, application architecture, or system integration within banking or financial services.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP), including implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, or production support.
• Strong understanding of payment systems (domestic, cross-border, RTGS, real-time).
• Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience providing Level 3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Excellent communication with business users, project teams, and vendors.

• Candidates with proficiency in Chinese or Japanese will be strongly preferred, as the role involves regular interaction with Chinese-speaking or Japanese-speaking stakeholders and vendors.
