Global PAYplus System Architect — 6-Month Contract

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture and design for Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) implementations. You will design and support payment system integrations, drive migrations and enhancements, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of payment platforms.

Collaborate with business users, project teams, and vendors, provide technical guidance, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver L3 production support for critical applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Atleast 8 years of solution architecture, application design, or system integration experience within banking/financial environment.
• Atleast 1 years of hands‑on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP).
• Strong knowledge of payment systems (RTGS, real‑time, domestic, and cross‑border payments).
• Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience providing Level 3 Production/Application Support.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud, containers, or DevOps tools is good to have.
• Payment transformation, modernization, or migration project experience is good to have.
• Knowledge of FAST, PayNow, SWIFT, MEPS+, or other payment networks is good to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP).

• Provide technical guidance and architecture recommendations.

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical payment applications.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Prepare solution design and architecture documentation.
