Job summary

WEB SYNERGIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design, deployment, and integration of AI solutions across the bank’s FS vertical. You will shape strategy, drive scalable, secure AI adoption in core banking operations and customer experiences.

You will guide end-to-end GenAI/LLM solutions, pipelines, and model fine-tuning, while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethics in banking.

Qualifications

• Must have AI/ML solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical AI practices in banking.
• Experience with GenAI observability, traceability and explainability using OpenAI/Anthropic models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the bank’s AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for GenAI/LLM, AI/ML models, including data pipelines and model training/finetuning with hands-on LLMOps.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering and business units to identify use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Ensure AI systems comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards and data governance policies.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, platforms and tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists.

JobSummary:

We areseeking a visionary and technically skilled AI Architect to lead the design,development, and deployment of AI solutions across the bank in FS (FinancialServices) vertical. This role will be instrumental in shaping our AI strategy,ensuring scalable and secure integration of AI technologies into core bankingoperations, customer experience, risk management and compliance.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Define andimplement the bank’s AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Leadend-to-end solution design for GenAI/LLM, AI/ML models, including datapipelines, model training/finetuning, with Hand-on with LLMOps.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, business units) toidentify GenAI/AI/automation use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure AIsystems comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards and datagovernance policies.
• Evaluateand integrate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Provenexperience in AI/ML solution architecture, preferably in financial services.
• Strongknowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks), Statistics & dataengineering
• Familiaritywith regulatory frameworks and ethical AI practices in banking.

PreferredSkills:

• Knowledgeof financial products, risk analytics and customer behavior modeling.
