Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Defender, Exchange Online, Entra and Intune.
• Experience in end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of identity & access management and endpoint/device management.
• Cloud applications & authentication understanding.
• Bonus: scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 E5 (Defender, Exchange Online, Entra, Intune).
• Administer user identities, access controls, and endpoint policies.
• Strengthen security configurations and compliance practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across email, identity, endpoint, and access environments.
• Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, and enterprise applications.
• Manage device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune (enrolment, policies, compliance).
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Deliver a strong user-first IT support experience.
• Support and improve automation workflows and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, API issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Work with stakeholders to reduce manual work.
• Assist in deploying, testing, and maintaining automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors; maintain documentation; standby on-call.

What You’ll Be Doing

Microsoft Cloud & Security

• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 E5 (Defender, Exchange Online, Entra, Intune)

• Administer user identities, access controls, and endpoint policies

• Strengthen security configurations and compliance practices

• Troubleshoot issues across email, identity, endpoint, and access environments

End-User & Endpoint Support

• Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, and enterprise applications

• Manage device lifecycle via Microsoft Intune (enrolment, policies, compliance)

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently

• Deliver a strong user-first IT support experience

Automation & System Integration

• Support and improve automation workflows and system integrations

• Troubleshoot automation failures, API issues, and data inconsistencies

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to reduce manual work

• Assist in deploying, testing, and maintaining automation pipelines

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors

• Maintain clear documentation for systems, workflows, and fixes

• Participate in standby/on-call support for critical issues

• Contribute to ongoing IT improvements and innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration

• Familiarity with Defender, Exchange Online, Entra, and Intune

• Experience in end-user support and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of:

  • Identity & access management

  • Endpoint/device management

  • Cloud applications & authentication

Automation & Technical Exposure

• Understanding of workflow automation and system integrations

• Exposure to:

  • API/webhook-based systems

  • Scheduled jobs and automation pipelines
