Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an Analyst to perform sanction screening assessments in the transaction screening system. You will work in a team to ensure alerts are handled within cut-off times and coordinate with business units to resolve payment-related exceptions.

You will identify process gaps and propose operational, service and risk improvements, participate in UAT/projects, and be able to work staggered hours and public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level assessment on sanctions transactions/alerts.
• Perform second-level assessment on sanctions transactions.
• Escalate cases to Business units/GFCC when required.
• Ensure alerts in the queue are cleared within cut-off time.
