Qualifications

• Deep understanding of private banking landscape, regulatory context and competition.
• Strong knowledge of mobile apps, AI/ML, data analytics, cloud and cyber security.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and cross‑functional influence.
• Ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute complex digital initiatives.
• Experience with agile product development and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for UOB Private Bank.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for online banking, mobile apps, wealth platforms and client tools.
• Identify and evaluate emerging digital solutions to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with front office, technology, operations, marketing and compliance.
• Drive UX/UI excellence for affluent clients, ensuring secure and personalized experiences.
• Oversee digital marketing and communications for Private Bank offerings.
• Manage budgets, resources and project timelines for digital initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to track performance of digital channels and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and competitive landscape; mentor the team.
