Sembcorp's Integrated Urban Solutions team in Singapore is seeking an intern to help research and develop low-carbon concepts for sustainable urban developments across Southeast Asia. You will work with cross-functional teams to explore energy solutions, branding, and certification initiatives, translating sustainability strategies into actionable plans.

Ideal candidates have a background in engineering or environmental sciences, strong analytical skills, and a passion for climate action.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with business acumen.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (EIP/LEED/EDGE) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop innovative low-carbon concepts for urban development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and storytelling for sustainability initiatives.
• Support Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) certification efforts and data collection for reporting.
