Job summary

Roche is seeking a Sustainability Project Intern in Singapore to support planning, execution, and implementation of sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with the project team on research, data analysis, and coordination tasks within Roche’s sustainability strategy.

The role offers exposure to project management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across operations and laboratories in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and implementation of sustainability projects.
• Conduct site visits to facilities for sustainability assessments and data collection.
• Gather, organize, and validate project data for analyses and reporting.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare documentation, reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project activities.
• Support development of sustainability tools, templates, and best practices.
• Contribute to brainstorming and innovative ideas to enhance sustainability initiatives.
