Job summary

R E & S ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking a Sushi and Sashimi Chef islandwide for a full-time role in a fine dining setting. The position reports to the Manager and requires at least 2 years of experience in F&B, especially Japanese cuisine.

You will lead sushi preparation, ensure safety and hygiene, and support scheduling in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

2 years experience in F&B or culinary role.
Experience in Japanese cuisine preferred.
Experience in fine dining environments.
Ability to manage kitchen operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

Prepare sushi and sashimi to menu specifications.
Maintain kitchen safety, hygiene and food quality standards.
Schedule and supervise junior staff and line cooks.
Assist with inventory, ordering and waste control.
