Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Maxwell, Singapore, seeks a data-focused analyst to develop and administer survey questionnaires, collate and clean large datasets, and create dashboards for monitoring purposes.

You will analyse datasets to identify trends, produce clear reports, and provide support to data users. The role involves handling PowerBI dashboards and routine admin tasks within a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum a GCE A Level.
• Comfortable managing large spreadsheets and/or databases independently.
• Experience with quantitative data analyses (e.g. data cleaning, use of pivot tables).
• Experience in data dashboarding & visualisation (e.g. PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer survey questionnaires for data collection.
• Collate, clean, and maintain survey data and databases accurately.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
• Create and maintain data visualisations, reports, and dashboards for monitoring purposes.
• Provide troubleshooting support to survey respondents and data users.
• Support administrative tasks, department meetings, and events as required.
