Job summary

Tribecar Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Support Driver to ensure fleet vehicles are well-maintained and ready for hire, delivering a safe and pleasant rental experience for hirers.

You will manage vehicle servicing coordination, inspect vehicles for maintenance needs, assist staff and hirers with inquiries, and perform ad hoc duties to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

The role requires valid Class 3 and Class 2 driving licences and a proactive, customer-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch cars and motorcycles for servicing, inspections, IU checkups, and cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles to identify maintenance needs and address them.
• Respond promptly to staff and hirers' needs and inquiries.
• Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain smooth fleet operations.

Job Summary

As a Support Driver, you will ensure the fleet’s vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use, providing a safe and pleasant rental experience for hirers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational readiness of fleet vehicles by scheduling and sending cars and motorcycles for servicing, inspections, IU checkups, and cleaning
• Inspect vehicles regularly to identify and address maintenance needs,such as replacing blown bulbs
• Support internal staff and hirers by responding promptly to their needs and inquiries
• Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to maintain smooth fleet operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with smartphones and web technologies to assist with digital service tools
• Own a bike or have the intention to purchase one (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrate a responsible, friendly, and caring attitude
