Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that optimize material costs, supplier base, lead times, and operational efficiency in line with global supply chain objectives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design robust supply chain solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure production readiness for new and existing programs, driving process improvements and commodity strategies to enhance margin and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or other discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply chain projects focusing on material margin improvement, supplier base regionalization, and lead-time reduction.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Quote teams and CBOs to win new and existing business through BOM cost management and robust supply chain design.
• Partner with Commodity Management to implement strategies that optimize margins, capacity, lead times, costs, and risk mitigation.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate supply chain risks and propose alternate sources with business justification for customers.
• Participate in regular NPI/project meetings and track supply chain-related action items.
• Ensure production readiness through capacity planning, ramp readiness, and material supply continuity.

The Supply Chain Project Manager leads strategic initiatives to optimize material costs, supplier base, lead times, and operational efficiency in alignment with global supply chain objectives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to design robust supply chain solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure production readiness for new and existing programs. By driving process improvements and implementing commodity strategies, the position enhances margin performance, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive various supply chain projects on material margin improvement, supplier base regionalization, Lead-Time reduction, Product Site transfer and other operational excellence initiatives.
• Engage upstream with Account Management, Quote teams and CBOs in winning new and existing businesses through competitive BOM cost management and a robust supply chain design.
• Partner with Commodity Management team to implement commodity strategy to achieve and maintain optimal product margin, supply chain capacity, lead time, cost effectiveness and risk mitigation.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate supply chain risks to projects/ program & closely work with Commodity Managers to propose alternate source with business justification case to propose to the customers.
• Participate in regular NPI / project meetings and follow up on supply chain related action items.
• Production readiness: supplier capacity planning, ramp readiness by product, lead time reduction, material supply continuity and other ad-hoc customer requests.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business administration / Engineering or other discipline.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

• 5 years or more in related field.
