The role involves resolving operations issues, reporting attendance, and participating in recruitment and staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in operations or logistics.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and schedule resources efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to supervise/monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements; solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts and emergencies.
• Report attendance and track targets achievement.
• Recruitment/selection and staff training.
• Other duties as instructed.
