Job summary

Nexus Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support and supervise operations schedules, plan and coordinate activities, allocate resources and equipment, and resolve issues promptly.

You will report attendance, assist in recruitment and staff training, and handle other duties as instructed. The role requires basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification, physical fitness, and willingness to work a 6.6-day week with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate; those without certificate must be prepared to go for course.
• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements ; problem solving
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement
• Recruitment / selection / staff training
• Other duties as per instructed
