Job summary

ygf blessing pte. ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, including sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and international trade coordination in Singapore and SEA markets.

The role collaborates with HQ, Operations, Finance, QA, and external partners to ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, logistics or related functions.
• Experience in F&B, food distribution, retail, or multi-outlet operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and international trade.
• Familiarity with Singapore Customs and Singapore Food Agency regulatory requirements.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with HQ and overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, annual operating plans, and procurement objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Analyse supply chain performance, market trends, supplier capabilities, and operational requirements for improvements.
• Establish and improve SOPs and internal controls; coordinate with HQ and departments.
• Manage procurement activities for ingredients, packaging, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for quality, pricing and stability.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, delivery, and contractual conditions.
• Monitor supplier evaluation and performance (quality, cost, delivery, compliance).
• Oversee import/export coordination, documentation, and regulatory compliance with Singapore authorities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers for international shipments.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock control, FEFO where applicable, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and distribution to outlets and partners.
• Support QA, recalls, traceability, and regulatory compliance in supply chain.
• Develop cost-control budgets and monitor procurement, logistics costs, and wastage.
• Analyse procurement savings, inventory turnover, and delivery performance; report outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Work with HQ, Ops, Finance, Marketing, QA to align supply chain with business needs.
• Support new openings, product launches, and promotions with supply planning.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, process automation, ERP enhancements, and system improvements.
