Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for a Logistics Manager (Supply Chain) to oversee end-to-end logistics, including transportation, import/export, customs, distribution, and SAP-driven initiatives across the region. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, including people leadership responsibilities.
Experience in developing and executing logistics strategies and planning.
Experience managing regional logistics operations within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, import/export activities, customs compliance, and order fulfilment.
Monitor logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans.
Support business expansion, new customer onboarding, and operational setup activities.
Lead projects to optimise logistics processes and operational performance.
Act as the subject matter expert for SAP logistics processes and related systems.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and reporting.
Drive process standardisation, training, and continuous system improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics partners.
Serve as the key escalation point for logistics-related issues and operational challenges.
Drive alignment and collaboration across functions and regional teams.
