Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics leader to plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end operations across warehousing, inventory, transportation and distribution in Singapore.

You will monitor inventory, manage 3PL relationships, drive cost-saving and automation initiatives, analyze data, uphold safety (WSH) and compliance with policies and standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Experience in 3PL management and continuous improvement projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics performance and WSH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.

• Manage 3PL providers and contractors to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate material movements to ensure timely customer fulfilment.

• Drive Workplace Safety and Health practices including contractor safety management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Job description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, transportation and distribution.

Monitor inventory levels, warehouse utilisation and stock accuracy to ensure efficient storage and inventory management.

Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with service agreements, SLAs and KPIs.

Coordinate material movements and deliveries to support smooth operations and timely customer fulfilment.

Identify and implement cost‑saving, process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare operational reports and analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Drive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, including contractor safety management, risk assessments, safety inspections and incident follow-up.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution operations.

Experience in 3PL management and continuous improvement projects will be an advantage.

Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics performance and WSH requirements.
