Job summary

Liberté HR Services' client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Distribution Manager to join its regional Supply Chain team in Singapore. You will oversee APAC last-mile distribution networks and partner with couriers to optimize service quality and costs.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will drive continuous improvement, analyze route costs and coordinate with Product, Pricing and Quality teams on end-to-end logistics solutions. Travel regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in e-commerce logistics or last-mile distribution.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise APAC last-mile distribution networks to meet targets.
• Review routes and develop cost-effective distribution solutions for regional markets.
• Select and manage partnerships with postal operators and couriers.
• Monitor service levels, costs and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse distribution costs for pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales and Quality teams on end-to-end logistics.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance network performance and CX.
• Support regional projects including returns management and system rollouts.

Our client, a global cross-border e-commerce logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Distribution Manager to join its regional Supply Chain team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain, Quality & Customer Satisfaction APAC, you will oversee regional last-mile distribution solutions and delivery partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to strengthen service quality, optimize costs and enhance the regional distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise last-mile distribution networks across APAC, ensuring service quality and performance targets are met.
• Review delivery routes and develop cost-effective distribution solutions for regional markets.
• Select, manage and strengthen partnerships with postal operators, courier companies and other last-mile delivery providers.
• Monitor suppliers' service levels, costs and compliance with relevant local, regional and global regulations.
• Analyse distribution costs by key routes and products, ensuring accurate cost information for pricing purposes.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales and Quality teams to develop competitive end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance and customer experience.
• Support regional projects, including returns management, process implementation and logistics system rollouts.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics, cross-border supply chain or last-mile distribution.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with logistics partners or carriers.
• Adaptable, organised and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel regionally when required.
