Job description

I. Job Requirements

• Education and Major
  • A recognised bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
  • Major in chemistry, food science, or mechanical engineering and related disciplines, such as Applied Chemistry, Food Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation.
• Work Experience
  • Relevant work experience or project exposure in any one of the following areas within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry:
  • Production Management: Familiar with FMCG production processes, capacity planning, and production cost control;
  • Quality Management: Familiar with FMCG quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP), with experience in quality control, system set-up, or quality issue resolution;
  • Equipment Maintenance: Knowledgeable about the principles, operation and maintenance of FMCG production equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot, upgrade and refurbish equipment.
• Language Proficiency
  • English as a working language: able to draft business emails, communicate in meetings, and handle overseas business liaison in English.
• Other Qualities
  • Strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and potential for team management;
  • A global perspective, with the ability to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment;
  • High resilience under pressure, and willingness to accept departmental rotation and overseas deployment.
