Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Intern/Co-op to assist the distribution and logistics team with data collection and analysis. You will coordinate with internal and external providers to support PP/Forecast processes and month-end accruals.

You will enhance reports using Python scripts and Excel for monthly and forecast reporting, build dashboards for volume, budget forecast, and publish reports in Power BI for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent; January 2027 intake.

Responsibilities

• Update material master data with shipping matrix to facilitate PP/Forecast
• Support month-end accruals
• Enhance reports using Python scripts for monthly reporting and forecast reporting in Excel; data cleansing on Freight Spend Report
• Build dashboard for volume & budget forecast and actual comparison
• Publish reports in Power BI for management review
• Facilitate investigation on outliners
• Update user guide
