Position Overview

We are seeking a highly self‑motivated intern with an understanding of supply chain planning to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and transforming data from MRP systems into visually appealing and insightful Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting supply chain planning and analysis tasks, and driving operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain dashboards using Power BI and DAX.
• Maintain data accuracy, timeliness and refresh schedules for dashboards.
• Validate data inputs, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Develop automation processes and schedules to keep dashboards reliable.
• Generate ideas for process improvement and contribute to dashboard efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve optimum effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive process improvements and support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or undergraduate student majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Computer, Data Science or Statistics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI (DAX), and Power Automate tools.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, logistics operations, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Team player who is ready to take responsibilities and work independently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Eager to learn.
