Lam Research Corporation is seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to own end-to-end Finished Goods delivery for major module projects. You will coordinate with Strategy Commodity Managers, Master Schedulers, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery, manage supplier performance, and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.

You will monitor in-transit activities, approve cost controls, and support transition readiness for product and factory changes,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain operation & planning management.
• Experience with SAP and logistics program management.
• Strong cross-functional interaction with sponsors and management.

Responsabilités

• Define and monitor Finished Goods delivery end to end.
• Review/approve expedite fees to meet delivery requirements.
• Be the single point of escalation for delivery issues/misses.
• Lead cross-functional teams and recovery plans for critical suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

The group you’ll be a part ofThe Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.The impact you’ll makeThis position is an individual contributor that plays a vital role within the Major Module Remote Factory with core responsibility to get the Finished Goods delivered as per plan. Incumbent must work very closely with Strategy Commodity Managers and Master Schedulers for Major Module products on the forecasting and planning process to ensure internal KPI, goals and projects are accomplished and aligned with business objectives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Portfolio also includes developing integrated project plans for business process improvement, including implementation schedule, end user coordination and all necessary information requirements of a project and/or Finished Goods related initiatives.What you’ll doResponsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods delivery from end to endDefine and monitor supplier performance indexesReview/approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirementsBe the single point of contact for escalation point for delivery issues/ missesLead cross-functional teams / manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plansWork closely with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex problems to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customers and company requirements.Manage merge in transit process and execute to supply chain strategies (material, inventory, capacity, recovery and etc)Daily/weekly updates to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from Remote FactoriesMonitor product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction effortsEnsure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements (product and factory transitions)Process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategiesTake on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate SupervisorWho we’re looking forMinimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in Supply Chain operation & planning managementExcellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices.SAP knowledge is a MUSTHighly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partnersProven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needsEffective negotiation and interpersonal skillsStrong analytic and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and strong attention to detailProficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPointSome travel will be required (15% - 20%)Preferred qualificationsOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
