Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on QA/QC lead to manage equipment buy-off, CAR closure, and supplier quality initiatives in a Singapore-based setting.

You will oversee IQC activities, FAI, and data-driven CAPA to continuously improve QA/QC systems, processes, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a diploma in mechanical or mechatronics engineering with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or semiconductor equipment environment and strong metrology tool knowledge.

• 2+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment.
• Strong knowledge of metrology and inspection tools.
• Proven ability to manage corrective actions and CAPA.

Job description

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities, including equipment buy-off processes (IBO/CBO), corrective action requests (CARs), and timely closure of quality issues.
• Drive supplier quality management initiatives, including supplier audits, vendor qualification/re-certification, performance monitoring, and quality improvement programs across the supply chain.
• Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities, including first article inspection (FAI), parts inspection, measurement validation, and quality compliance reviews.
• Analyze quality data, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuously improve QA/QC systems, processes, and documentation to enhance operational performance and product quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of metrology and inspection tools, including Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, and Smart Scope.
