RAPID OUTSOURCING ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Supervisor to oversee daily catering equipment operations across multiple Singapore locations. You will lead a team, manage manpower, ensure safety and quality, and work with internal departments to maintain smooth service delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations or related fields, strong leadership, and excellent coordination skills to meet flight catering demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, movement, and release of catering equipment and operational assets.
• Oversee inventory control activities, including equipment tracking, stock accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate equipment availability with operational teams to meet daily flight catering requirements.
• Plan manpower deployment, supervise daily operations, and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Investigate operational issues, equipment shortages, delays, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and service delivery.

Salary: SGD $4,200 - $5,000 per month

Location: Multiple locations across Singapore
