Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, production, inventory management, or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage manpower planning and daily operational activities.
• Experience in inventory control, equipment handling, or logistics operations will be advantageous.
• Committed to maintaining workplace safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, movement, and release of catering equipment and operational assets.
• Oversee inventory control activities, including equipment tracking, stock accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate equipment availability with operational teams to meet daily flight catering requirements.
• Plan manpower deployment, supervise daily operations, and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Investigate operational issues, equipment shortages, delays, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and service delivery.
