Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on construction experience (Singapore preferred).
• Proven leadership of large site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to translate plans into on-site execution and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Forecast material usage and manage ordering to prevent downtime or delays.
• Maintain daily site logs, monitor timelines, and report delays to the Project Manager.

Hou Engineering is seeking a seasoned and highly dependableSenior Site Foremanto spearhead our daily site operations. With a strong track record of managing structural and architectural projects, you will be responsible for translating plans into reality, managing resources, and leading our site workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Worker Management:Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a diverse team of site workers and subcontractors. Ensure high productivity, clear communication, and strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

• Material Logistics & Ordering:Monitor material consumption on-site, forecast upcoming requirements, and take charge of ordering construction materials to ensure zero downtime or delays.

• Quality & Progress Control:Keep daily site logs, monitor project timelines, and immediately report any plan discrepancies or delays to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Industry Experience:Minimum of10 years of hands-on experiencein the construction industry (preferably within Singapore).

• Work Schedule:Fully committed and able to work a6-day work week.

• Leadership:Proven track record of successfully managing large teams of site workers, resolving conflicts, and driving site safety.

• Certifications (Preferred):Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) or CoreTrade / SEC(K) certifications.
