Job summary

Premium Logistics Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based logistics solutions provider seeking an Operations Lead to oversee distribution and transport. The role focuses on managing teams, planning routes, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

You will lead delivery drivers, optimize fleet operations, monitor productivity and costs, and collaborate with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in transport, fleet management, or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in managing transport operations and leading teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery, transportation, and fleet operations to achieve efficient and timely goods delivery to customers.
• Lead and manage a team of delivery drivers and attendants to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Plan delivery routes, deploy manpower, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, control transportation costs, and evaluate overall service performance for continuous improvement.
• Engage proactively with drivers and team members to resolve operational challenges and maintain morale.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies to uphold safety and legal requirements.
• Investigate operational issues, customer complaints, and incidents; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth and coordinated operations.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and conduct performance reviews to inform management decisions.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
