Job summary

LP CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. on-site supervision role leading workers in carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete works, reading drawings and ensuring SS compliance.

You will supervise formwork, reinforcement, and concreting tasks, estimate material quantities, monitor shutter making, and ensure proper erection and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site carpentry formwork and reinforcement.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with formwork materials and shuttering processes.
• Capable of cost estimating formwork materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead workers on site for carpentry formworks and concrete works.
• Read drawings and interpret project requirements.
• Carry out formwork, reinforcement and concreting tasks.
• Acknowledge timber/aluminium/steel formwork requirements.
• Estimate quantities of formwork materials and monitor shutter making.

• Ensure All Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and job as per SS requirements
• Able to read drawings
• Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting
• Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge
• Able to do costing of Formwork materials
• Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing
• Calculation quantity of material requirement
