Job summary

AG BUILDERS PTE. LTD. on-site supervisor role overseeing carpentry formwork and concrete reinforcement works in Singapore. You will lead workers, ensure compliance with SS requirements, and read drawings to guide construction activities.

Responsibilities include cost estimation of formwork materials, interpreting drawings, calculating material quantities, and monitoring shutter making and assembling processes to ensure proper erection and safe site practices.

Qualifications

• Reading drawings required.
• Proven ability to supervise formwork and reinforcement on-site.
• Experience with timber/aluminium/steel formwork is preferred.
• Calibrate quantities and costs for formwork materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.

• Ensure All Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and job as per SS requirements
• Able to read drawings
• Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting
• Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge
• Able to do costing of Formwork materials
• Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing
• Calculation quantity of material requirement
