Job summary

TIEN SENG ENGINEERING is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead workers in construction activities. You will read and interpret drawings and perform formwork, reinforcement, and concreting tasks, with hands-on responsibility for timber, aluminium and steel formwork components.

You will calculate material quantities and ensure proper erection of structures under the manager's guidance. The role requires prudent site practices and a readiness to take on other duties as needed to support project

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience with formwork, reinforcement and concreting.
• Familiar with timber, aluminium and steel formwork components.
• Able to accurately calculate material quantities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead workers on site.
• Read drawings and interpret them accurately.
• Carry out construction work involving formwork, reinforcement and concreting.
• Handle timber/aluminium/steel structural formwork.
• Calculate quantities of materials required.
• Ensure proper erection of structures according to the manager's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
