• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Accomplishes HR objectives by selecting, orienting, and training construction staff.
• Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Needs to manage construction workers efficiently and monitor progress closely.
• Able to work in shifts and on holidays if project urgency requires.
