Job summary

MADD PIZZA PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations and support restaurant profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include opening/closing, staff recruitment and training, shift scheduling, guest queries, payroll activities, health and safety compliance, stock replenishment, and cash handling.

• Opening and closing the restaurant.
• Recruiting, induction and mentoring new staff.
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
• Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Conducting payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
• Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils and equipments as stock is depleted or damaged.
• Recording all income, expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
