Job summary

KIAN YANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive/Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites in Singapore, ensuring quality, progress and safety standards while coordinating with project managers and clients.

You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, manage materials and tools, enforce WSH rules, and lead safety briefings, with a hands-on approach and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on painting experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Possess safety certifications (SEC(K) / CSOC) preferred.
• Knowledge of paint materials, surface preparation, and coating techniques.
• Ability to read simple technical drawings and estimate material requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage site inventory, including materials, scaffolding, and tools, ensuring proper use and minimal wastage.

• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and conduct regular site safety briefings.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, main contractors, and clients to resolve on-site technical and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in painting work with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
