Job summary

VINA SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Site Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across our job sites in Singapore.

You will act as the key link between project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and up to quality standards. This is a hands-on position requiring regular presence on site. You will read architectural blueprints and technical specs, manage field teams, and ensure adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on site supervision experience in construction, civil engineering, renovation, or infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Possession of relevant site safety certifications is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a high sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on job sites according to schedules and drawings.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and clients to align on targets.
• Progress Reporting: Monitor timelines, material usage, and submit progress reports and site photos.
• Defect & Issue Resolution: Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedules and approved technical drawings.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect workmanship quality and strictly enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordination: Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, workers, and clients to align on daily work targets and resolve site-level conflicts promptly.
• Progress Reporting: Monitor project timelines, keep track of material usage, and submit daily/weekly progress reports and site photos to the Project Manager.
• Defect & Issue Resolution: Identify site issues, structural discrepancies, or safety hazards early and coordinate corrective actions immediately.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in site supervision within the construction, civil engineering, renovation, or infrastructure sector.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites as assigned.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant site safety certifications (e.g., Worker Safety Course or Supervisor Safety Certification) is a strong plus.
