Job summary

1 REGION RESOURCE is seeking a Production Supervisor in Singapore to coordinate daily food manufacturing activities and meet production targets.

The role requires strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA/local health regulations, with responsibilities including shift scheduling, performance evaluation, bottleneck troubleshooting, and maintaining logs of outputs, waste, and maintenance issues. On-site role with opportunities to drive quality and efficiency.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA/local food health regulations. Conduct regular quality checks.
• Team Leadership: Manage shift schedules, evaluate worker performance, and resolve conflicts on the floor.
• Troubleshooting: Identify production bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of production outputs, waste, and maintenance issues.
