Job summary

LAI LIM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking four experienced Site Supervisors to join our construction team. You will oversee daily site operations and ensure works follow approved plans.

You will read drawings, lead and coordinate workers, plan daily schedules, and attend safety and progress meetings with the main contractor. Knowledge of Singapore construction practices is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices is an advantage.
