GWH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is carried out safely and to project specifications.

You will supervise workers and subcontractors, plan tasks from schedules, monitor progress and quality, and maintain detailed daily reports. English communication required; Mandarin/Malay a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as foreman in Singapore construction, 3–5 years.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of local safety standards (SCDF, BCA, MOM).

Requirements

Experience: Minimum3-5 yearsas a foreman in Singapore's construction industry (high-rise, civil, or industrial projects preferred).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local safety standards (e.g., SCDF, BCA, MOM).

Others:

• Ability to communicate in English (additional languages like Mandarin/Malay are advantageous).
• Physically fit for on-site work.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary:SGD 3,800 - 5,500/month(commensurate with experience).
• Overtime/Allowances: As per MOM guidelines.
