Job summary

JUNXIN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily production of wooden doors.

You will manage shop-floor operations to meet deadlines while maintaining strict quality and safety standards; bilingual English/Chinese communication is essential to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and staff. You will supervise carpenters and machine operators, read technical drawings, and ensure adherence to WSH safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required for client and staff communication.
• Ability to read technical blueprints and drawings.
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery (CNC, saws, sanders).
