Job summary

SAELOUN SIJAG @ SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Operative to support daily operations in Singapore.

You will assist the Operations Manager, supervise cleaning staff, and perform cleaning duties to keep areas hygienic and safe for the public. The role requires standing for long periods, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward health and safety. Flexibility for weekend and public holiday day shifts is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
• Supervise Cleaning Staff including training, instruction and workflow management.
• Perform cleaning of designated areas to keep them clean and hygienic for the public.
• Ensure all tasks meet health & safety requirements and policies.
• Clean, sweep, vacuum, and empty bins.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and precautions.
• Report any dangerous situations or health and safety issues to the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in daily running and management;
• To supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff which will include training, instructing and managing work flow;
• To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public;
• To ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff is on par with the upholding requirement; completed with due observation to the appropriate Health & Safety requirements;
• Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying of bins;
• To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others;
• Daily report to the line manager, or person in authority any dangerous situation in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings in health and safety regulations.
