Job summary

NPL Plumbing & Renovation Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth business operations.

You will supervise staff, monitor attendance and performance, guide and train employees, handle customer enquiries, maintain records and report on operational progress to management.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Monitor employees' attendance, punctuality, performance and productivity.
• Assign daily duties and responsibilities to staff members.
• Guide, train and support employees to improve their work performance.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within the required time.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper records of daily operations, staff attendance and work activities.
• Identify operational issues and implement suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational matters and staff performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and proper maintenance of the workplace.
• Prepare daily or monthly operational reports for management.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management, where applicable.
• Ensure good teamwork, discipline and communication among employees.
• Assist management in achieving business targets and improving operational efficiency.
