The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing strategic improvements, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and safety standards to drive productivity and profitability. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' managerial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in operations or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and design improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs
• Oversee daily operations by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring they have the resources needed to meet objectives
• Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning spending with revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps and sustain employee motivation
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to evaluate business performance and inform stakeholders
• Ensure all operations comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards
