Job summary

DHANA REFRIGERATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a supervisor to coordinate and supervise electrical installations for HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and local codes. The role involves liaising with contractors and field teams to maintain progress and quality.

You will prepare testing documents, provide daily progress updates to management, and plan manpower and materials well in advance to meet project schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical installations by contractors and sub-contractors.
• Communicate with workers and subcontractors according to drawings, specifications, method statements, and local codes.
• Prepare testing documents requested by Project Manager/Engineer.
• Daily updates on project/operation progress to management.
• Understand scope of work, specifications, design basics, and project schedule.
• Plan manpower and materials at least one month in advance.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, testing and commissioning procedures in HVAC electrical systems.

Job description

Coordinate and supervise Electrical Installations work like Cabling & trunking / conduct work, and installing electrical devices done by contractors and sub-contractors.

Communicate with workers and subcontractors' works according to design drawings, specifications, method statements,s, and local codes and regulations.

Preparing all testing documents requested by the Project Manager/Engineer for the required scope of works

Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to the Management

Knowledge in detail of Scope of Work, Specifications, Design Basic and project schedule

Plan and prepare a minimum of One month in advance Manpower, Material as per the given schedule and task.

Have Electrical knowledge of Troubleshoot, Repair, Testing And Commissioning Procedures in HVAC systems.
